GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The duration of study visits is offered at the following times:

Study visits in the city of Lima.-

School departure 09:00 (9:00 am)

Return to the School 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

Study visits outside the city of Lima.-

School departure 06:00 (6:00 am)

Return to the School 20:00 to 22:00 (8:00 PM to 10:00 pm)

Departure and arrival according to the distance of the place of visit

Tickets and snacks for teachers:

All tickets are included, likewise it has been destined for visits in the city (snack) and for out of the city (lunch) to each teacher who accompanies the group.

Reservations and payments:

It is important to confirm the number of students and teachers for each excursion, so it must be confirmed 10 days before the scheduled departure. We request 30% of the total with 1 day before the visit and the balance can be made in 2 parts: 40% at the time of departure and 30% upon arrival at the school, be it this study visit or field visit.

Reports:

All Promotion Travel excursions will be filmed and / or photographed, after 4 working days we will deliver to the responsible teacher.
