Our proposal is a set of recreational activities, designed according to the annual curricular schedule, establishing participatory activities during the tour and led by professionals trained in driving and pedagogical explanation to the student.

Our units have up-to-date documentation, professional drivers, radio communication, security measures and authorization to leave the city of Lima. Current regulations also contemplate that student excursions or visits will take place from January to November.

It is established that the directors of the educational institutions, at the national level, are responsible for authorizing the excursions or visits of the students, having to be previously counted for their execution, with the approval of the corresponding Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) of be the case.

This request must include the following documents:

• Payroll of students.

• Parental permission through an affidavit.

• Trip plan.

• List of teachers and accompanying tutors.

• Copy of the contract with the service company or travel agency.

• Proof of the confirmed transport reservation (rail, sea, land or air) in which the students are going to travel. Verification of insurance and policies of the service provider companies.

• Certificate from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, of control of each of these vehicles.

Guide Service:

For the itineraries of your visit schedule and according to the destination we will provide the following qualified personnel:

• Tourist Guides: For the circuits that include Museums and visits to the City and field visits.

• Tour Drivers: For visits to factories, recreation centers, teaching centers.

Reports:

All Promotion Trip excursions will be filmed and / or photographed, after 4 working days we will deliver to the responsible teacher.
